Phase 1: Self-Understanding and Personal Development (10 Hours)

Description: In this phase, participants will embark on a journey of self-discovery and personal growth. Workshops will focus on understanding individual strengths and weaknesses, identifying personal priorities, and developing essential habits contributing to high performance and well-being.

  • Strength Finder - The Relationship between Strengths and Weaknesses

  • Self Audit - What are Your Priorities

  • Perception is Reality - Introverts, Extroverts, and Ambiverts

Learning Objectives:

  • Explore individual strengths, weaknesses, and priorities, fostering a deep understanding of personal characteristics and needs.

  • Develop foundational habits in mindfulness, sleep, nutrition, and movement to boost personal performance.

  • Understand how different personality types, including introverts, extroverts, and ambiverts, influence interactions and relationships.

Learning Outcomes:

  • Identify and articulate personal strengths, weaknesses, and priorities, guiding personal growth and development.

  • Implement essential habits that contribute to well-being and high performance, showing a positive impact on daily life.

  • Engage effectively with diverse personality types, improving relationships and interpersonal communication.

 

Phase 2: Team Dynamics and Collaborative Leadership (12 Hours)

Description: This phase emphasizes team building, communication, and leadership. Participants will explore different leadership styles, learn to communicate effectively within diverse teams, and discover techniques to foster collaboration, trust, and synergy.

  • Empathetic Narcissism - How to Balance Our Needs with the Team

  • Leadership Styles - Leading Your Way

  • Making Uncomfortable Conversations, Comfortable

  • Roles and Responsibilities - Who's Job Is That?

  • Supercharging Productivity - Efficiency through Repetition

Learning Objectives:

  • Examine the principles of team building, leadership styles, and empathetic communication to foster effective collaboration.

  • Develop skills in leading, managing responsibilities, and enhancing productivity within a team context.

  • Cultivate techniques for having difficult conversations, balancing team needs, and maintaining a cohesive, dominant team.

  • Lead and participate in diverse teams, demonstrating effective collaboration, communication, and leadership.

Phase 3: Organizational Alignment and Change Management (8 Hours)

Description: The final phase focuses on aligning individual and team efforts with organizational goals. Participants will learn about strategic planning, effective meetings, mission and vision alignment, and change management. They will develop skills to ensure daily actions and strategies align with broader organizational objectives.

  • Making Time for Strategy - Fine-Tuning the Compass

  • Making Meetings Necessary - Time with your Team must be Efficient and Valuable

  • Change Management - Every Stakeholder Matters

Learning Objectives:

  • Recognize the importance of aligning individual, team, and organizational goals through mission, vision, values, and strategy.

  • Develop skills in planning and executing strategic initiatives, conducting efficient meetings, and managing organizational change.

  • Understand how to continually assess and refine efforts to ensure alignment with evolving organizational objectives.

Learning Outcomes:

  • Align personal, team, and organizational efforts with broader goals, demonstrating a unified direction and purpose.

  • Implement effective strategic planning, meeting management, and change processes, showing improved organizational alignment and success.

  • Continually evaluate and adapt efforts, ensuring alignment with changing organizational goals, leading to sustained growth and development.
